Generally they are economic when dust concentration is above 2 g/ m3, non-abrasive dust grain size is more than 5-10 micron. SP cyclones are useable with shavings and bigger grain sized sawdust exhausted from woodworking machines. To collect finer dust (smaller grain size sawdust, dust exhausted from grinding machines), cyclones should be provided secondary filter.

SP cyclones are manufactured in 12 sizes. Medium flow rate is between 1.800-32.000 m3/h for the different cyclones in case of standard machinery. If the medium quantity is more, individually designed cyclone is required, which we would manufacture, if required.
